Coinciding with the week of this year’s celebration of International Women’s Day, SIETAR España is co-hosting, together with the Reed College Barcelona Universities Program, «Barcelonines: An Intercultural Round Table on Women in Barcelona». The idea is to share the experiences of women who call Barcelona home, including the “traditional” Catalan woman whose family has lived here for generations, and those who may be relatively new.
Each of the women will be talking about the genius, experience, talent or story that each of them offers the city, adding to the diversity and richness of Barcelona, from their unique point of view of being a «Barcelonina», as well as what it is they appreciate that the city offers them.
The event will take place on Wednesday, 6th March from 7 to 8:30 PM at the Universitat de Barcelona’s «edifici històric», in the Sala Ramón y Cajal.
